My name is Nancy. I'm new in this field...Hello! My name is Nancy. I'm new in this field and I love coffee and chocolate. <br />I want to make mirror glaze for my white chocolate cake. But I want my glaze colour just same as white chocolate. No, it's not white but kinda yellowish. Like pale yellow. Or like the colour of butter. And I don't want mirror glaze actually. Just coating my cake with white chocolate colour. But it's hard for me to get it unless i use white chocolate that has more cocoa butter. But it's kind of expensive.
